Members enjoy all of the great benefits of Arcade Cow, including access to our forums, points system, the option of creating a completely unique profile, ability to rate and comment on games, submit games and of course, the cool factor.

Sounds fun, where do I sign up?

Look for the "Sign In" link in the red bar up top. Click that and a little form will popup automagically in the right hand side of your screen, below the red bar. There you will find a link that says "Register". Click the link and fill out the form that pops up. You'll be off to see the wizard in no time.

Oh No, I lost my password, what should I do?

I can't remember my user name for the life of me, what should I do?

Unfortunately there is no fun form or witty answer here. You'll just have to contact us and we'll reset it for you. Make sure to use the email address that you used to sign up on the site.

I'm on the site but it looks funny, what should I do?

Arcade Cow was made using all the bells and whistles that the web has to offer. We wanted to present our visitors with the best possible experience so that they could focus on playing the games and not worrying about where to find them. That being said, we could only cater to the latest and greatest web browsers.

The site runs, and looks, great if you're making use of the latest version of IE,Firefox, Safari, and even Opera. Make sure you are up to date and you shouldn't have any problems.

Next you will want to make sure you have the latest version of both the Adobe Shockwave and Flash Plugins. Make sure you are up to date and you shouldn't have any problems.

If your browser is up to date, then you may have javascript turned off. Follow the directions below to get back in the game.

How do I submit a game?

Only members can submit games. See the section above (Why would I want to become a member?(Link to section above)). If you're already a member and want to submit a game, click the "Upload" link in the red bar up top and fill out the form.

Why can't I submit a game if I'm not a member?

We only allow members to submit games because it allows us to keep track of the producers, developers, and game submitters who have uploaded to our site, thereby allowing us to give feedback to them about how their games are performing overall. We also provide members who upload games with points, and we couldn't keep track of this information if you weren't a member. Finally, it helps to deter spam submissions as you have already gone through our registration process and therefore provided us with a valid email address.

Wait a second you need my email address?! I only give that out to a select few, can I trust you guys?

Well that depends on how much money you have in your bank accounts... Ok ok in all seriousness, we keep your information as secure and locked down as we possibly can. Read our (privacy policy(Link to privacy policy)) for the finer details.

Where do I find the downloadable goodness games?

Look up in the red bar above and you'll notice the "Download" link. Click that and feel the vibrations.

I started playing one of those dangfangled downloadable games and it stops working after an hour, what gives?

The partner that we work with only allows us to provide these downloadable games to you on a trial basis. After that time period the games must be purchased. Of course if you were a member and in good standing, we may be willing to buy the game for you, for enough points of course...

 

What's the deal with these points I keep hearing about?

Points are the life blood of Arcade Cow. Although they have limited usage right now, we promise to build great things in the not too distant future.

How do I earn points?

The general rule here is have fun with the site, interact with the members on the site, and contribute to the site to the best of your ability. We will add a specific point break down in the days ahead... I promise.

If I were you, I'd start stocking up good and early. Those points are going to be worth more than Google Stock in no time... (Ok not really worth anywhere near what Google's stock is worth, but they'll be good for something.)
